RE: COMMUNITY COLLECTIVE ACTION
I am glad to be back here at the PHSA and I look forward to working with all of you as we continue to contribute to making our school a most ideal place for nurturing the young Filipino artists.
I would like to let all of you to know that it is my desire to continue to implement the policies and programs of the previous administration that are proven to be beneficial to all concerned especially to the primary sector of this cultural institution – the young Filipino artists. However, as the new executive director, I intend to effect changes that I will deem necessary to further improve PHSA as a special institute for the artistic growth and human development, not only of the student-artists, but also of the adult sector of this special community.
In connection with the above, I have begun conducting consultative sessions with the different units/sector of the school and will continue to do so until I feel equipped to make decisions on which policies and programs to support and continue, and which ones to modify, change or abolish. My schedule with the different concerned sectors is being arranged by Miss Cleofe Cabauatan. Please stand by for her advice.
Meanwhile, may I request that even as you wait for your turn to meet with me, may I request that you freely send me/email ( nandingjosef@yahoo.com) to me your comments, observations, recommendations on how we can further improve the physical, social, spiritual and academic conditions of the school.
May I further request that your comments, observations, and recommendations include what you, yourself, intend to give/share toward the realization of our common goals for our young artists.
